Sunlight Poem by trina johnson

Sunlight

Sunlight, dappled through the trees,
Birds cawing on a gentle breeze...
Sunlight warms as it falls,
Makes shadows, dances and calls.
Calls out to the creatures to warm,
Warm their souls, upon them happiness is born...
Sunlight; gentle, balming, cool.
Carried on a breeze like a simple jewel...
