Basking in the summer sun,
The scent of lavender intoxicating,
The sweet evening breeze caressing,
The simplicity of life painted for all,
Warm evenings and long summer walks,
Gentle breezes upon calm rivers,
Like the song of angels from heaven above,
The gentle hum of life brings hope,
And all in this world is perfect,
Summer glows with an innocence,
If only for that brief moment in time,
We are re-born within the glow of summer...
