Success Nugget Poem by Mubarrak OlaLawal

Success Nugget

Rating: 3.8

'Success belongs to the man who simply will do it. So pick up the wreakages of old failures and build them into success' - Abraham Lincoln

Success are not those who smile at the end,
for they are not really winners.
Success is not he who wins a medal,
It is definitely not the champion of a contest,
not the conqueror of a war,
For he had been aided by chance.

Success is not measured by productivity,
it is not the result of hard work,
Success is not the man who comes out victorious,
Not the man who does the most work.
Success is not the man who defeats his opponents,
For he could have been defeated.

Success is for he who dares to start at all,
For he has defeated the greatest of oppositions,
He has fought the greatest of battles,
Indeed, success is the man who defeats shame
