Submit To Compassionate Merciful Allah

Islam does not mean peace
as so many American Muslims
proclaim in their fear terror
of fellow Americans anger
rage hate bigotry racial religious
attacks on their post 9/11 lives
Islam means submit not peace
a true Muslim is 'one who submits'

or surrenders to the will of God
thereby attaining peace of mind
and soul in harmony with God

submit to the Compassionate
Beneficent Gracious Merciful
Utterly Just personality of Allah

Poem of the Day

poet Robert William Service

Just Home and Love! the words are small
Four little letters unto each;
And yet you will not find in all
