Stuck In The Wake

I'm stuck in the wake, of each passing day
and I seem to break, and just wash away
but now with the way, I feel at the end of every day
I'm stepping myself up for a pre-mature ending

It's not what I want and it's a bit against the law
but who gives a crap when it's death all day long
it's my way of thought and it's my view of the earth
that makes me want nothing but to end all my hurt

I'm tired, I'm numb, my only quest is to breathe
I'm slipping again I'm not wanting to eat
What am I supposed to do just to get off repeat
when there's no motivation no one seems to love me

That's how it is it's at least how I feel
like I'm stuck in a system too few get is real
but for all that I know it could all be fake
but that's how life is, when your stuck in the wake

ARM’D year! year of the struggle!
No dainty rhymes or sentimental love verses for you, terrible year!
Not you as some pale poetling, seated at a desk, lisping cadenzas
