Struggle To Survive Poem by Aamir Mogul

Struggle To Survive

Sitting Upon the Ashes of Time spent
This burdensome pile of impalpable dust
if touched shall scatter a part
looking around the every horizon
to grab a pair of light to go for
Looking for a reason to continue the sojourn
Shall man always stay slave to the terms set by time?
or make a rebellion to yield a life of choice
Exhausted deep inside I feel
The heat of life fading away
my sun seems cooling down
I don't feel joys in living anymore
I feel burden to take every single breath
I don't hold a purpose to justify my existence
I don't hold a shinning star vision to follow
All this and that, messing up and gathered here
making the river of life run dry and harsh
i don't complain of wealth but worth
I don't complain of standards but morals
I don't have a reason to justify the struggle
I don't have a reason to live my life
I don't have a reason to visit my so called land
i don't have a reason to carry on
before the dusk arrive, I hope still hope a miracle
that would light up the horizon and gives me sight
so i shall get courage to strive for life
and darkness may fail to get over my heart!
