Strength
He is the owner of good health.
He is the owner of great strength.
Which none other can posses.
He is the owner of strong biceps,
And of six pack abs,
Which many other can never build.
He is the best of both,
Defense and offense which less can learn.
This was not gifted,
But was the weight he lifted.
It was not easy.
To be such hard.
But for it he had to work hard.
