Streets Of Inner Piety Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Streets Of Inner Piety

Lights shining upon streets of inner piety, guiding
me into vibrations of another life.

One where I will find the happiness and joy I've
always dreamed of.

Strange, loving spreading notes of rhythm through-
out my being.

Always penetrating chords of an everlasting spirit-
uality, nothing to interfere with life and passing
of it's vibrant energy.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

What a plethora of new poems! I'm amazed at their keen expression, so much said in a few words in many of them, others that relish in developing their ideas over greater length. Whatever the form they take, these poems shine! And they connect immediately to the life I am living. I feel like I'm meditating on my own life while reading them, that I am freely going from inner world to outer world, enriched with new energy. And now I have to withdraw from reading and commenting for a while. My canary is calling me, the world summons me, promises must be fulfilled right now! But reading your new poems this morning has p-r-e-p-a-r-e-d me for the day's alarms!
