Strangest Thought Poem by Emmanuel Arunee Mwanza

Strangest Thought

The strangest thought
That ever makes me strange
And to my own body a stranger

The thickest part and toughest part
Falls on me every time I feel much in range
Poor me, I still get the strangest thought inside
And slowly, the thoughts drive me hundreds of ideas away

Is it this strangest thought that makes me want to love
Even when I am hurt? ...oh strangest thought
Which part can I trace you in, among the tiny units of thoughts in me
And to some this is the strangest thought

The smartest and amazing pictures
All just thoughts...strange, I still dream of making it
Even when forces of gravity are at the highest point dragging me down
You too...you might not see it, but it is just there in your heard, and that thought is the strangest

The strangest thought,
Has me going, it has you going...
And no matter how thoughtful you are, it is there
Take one, two, three steps...you will live outside of everything just in a thought and thats strange in life
