Storm Poem by Ronald Chapman

Storm

I've always known,
You were only a passing storm,
That leaves behind,
Nothing but tears of rain,

A cold Autumn breeze,
Says cold and lonely days are coming soon,

It's a shame,
But I miss catching your tears of rain,

Although you and I wanted to visit the stars,

I mourn the passing of the storm,
Yelling to the Heavens with thunder,
And sparks of lightning.
