Stones Of Lies Poem by sarafina jackson

Stones Of Lies

Rating: 5.0

They fall like pebbles do down into the sand. Not knowing where they will fall next, not knowing where they will land.

Lies roll off your tongue like a waterfall.Hidden away deep within, rests the truth, and the truth reveals all.

A quicksand of wonder, a quicksand of pain, waiting and waiting; looking into a mirror, the reflection, filled with destain.

Lies never stand, they fall. And when they do, the truth stands in place.
