Our stomach is connected in a straight way
To our brain to catch all feelings as a straight play.
In excitement, being afraid of the new
The stomach goes haywire, what many people never knew.

If we find peace, faith in goodness and contentment,
Take what comes easily, we can disolve all misalignment.
Certainly that goes together with adjusting our food intake,
Only good nourishment, good portion and never anything fake.

Faith in goodness, turning away from the wrath,
Knowing life is a dream, stay on beauty and harmony path.
Turning away from pity, sadness and tragic,
If you do not want to be a part of that black magic.

No matter where you are in this moment,
Stop fighting & opposing the new for entertainment.
Have faith in goodness, know everything works for good,
Stay out of trouble, don't be a deadwood.
