Stephen Defends Himself
To follow Jesus
Was no easier in Bible times
Than today.
Stephen made up his mind
To follow Jesus
At any cost.
Wicked men
Planned to hurt him
But Stephen was not afraid.
He said,
'You are doing wrong
Just as your fathers did.'
The people were angry.
They threw Stephen out of the city
And they stoned him.
