Standing In The Middle Poem by Katherine Perry

Standing In The Middle

Rating: 4.5

Standing in the middle of who's right and who's wrong
With not exactly an easy way out
For to whom do i sing to, my sweet love song
While leaving the other one to doubt

It is not like choosing something to eat
And there is nothing about them the same
Though they both have their shoes on the right feet
Neither of them think of playing the same game

The 'i love you's' are not the same
The 'goodbye's' are not meant to be forever
And while the one went away
The other one came
But never the three together

How long can one survive inbetween the ones you love
Will the confusion ever stop
For who is below and who is above
Is the question we ask ourselves alot!

'How long can one survive inbetween the ones you love Will the confusion ever stop For who is below and who is above Is the question we ask ourselves alot! ' - So wonderfully said! Loved this poem a lot. The dilemma has been aptly portrayed.
