Splish, Splash Poem by Vera Sidhwa

Splish, Splash

Splish, splash of the water,
Going down the waterfall.
I opened my mouth and drank some.
A spray of water landed in my mouth.

Splish, splash of the water,
Going down a lovely stream.
I dipped my leg in the water.
It felt cool and in like a dream.

Spish, splash of the water,
Bubbling over the rocks.
I ran over some of them.
I ran over the bubbly rocks.
