Splendour Of Nature Poem by Amgad Samy

Splendour Of Nature

The sun greets the earth on a warm day
visiting marvelous places with its shiny ray
bright sparkles of light are reflected on the sea
crowning its meeting with the unlimited sky
all huge mountains stand proudly in glee
where the daring eagles fly so high
and the grey clouds are too shy to stay
forming rainy shapes to find their way
to kiss the green grass in a vigorous spree
where the beauty of roses continues to defy
the colourful butterflies and the weather degree
preventing the valleys from becoming dry
as springs of water flow without delay
serene landscape inspires us to pray
Can splendour of nature make us easily foresee
the coming blessings we haphazardly deny?
God! We are thankful whatever will be
grateful for your grace as time goes by
