The spirit of adoption enters us..
Our hearts
Bound together like glue
Holds fast and we see
As early dawn treads the open skies...
As close as friends can be.
We see the world with open thoughts and dreams
We dream of forever, when our Father's
Touch will surround
Us with everlasting peace.
Where Satan will not dare to enter!
God's love binds us together,
And forever we choose to live
Within each other's thoughts, dreams, and wishes.
His love holds us to this life
We would rather choose to live with Him
But in His glory;
The time is not yet.
So we, as friends,
Know within our minds and hearts
That He will never forget His vow
To us; and others who will go, too.
For now, His creation is our Heaven;
His oceans, His minds He gave to man
