Spirit

His spirit felt like flying away.
Looking for a better day.
There was nothing that he could say.
To keep her love from slipping away.
He just broke down and began to cry.
And told her that if she left him, he would die.
She told him that she would grieve for a while but not too long.
Then pick up her life and move on.
