Spinning Poem by Vanessa Kaylee

Spinning

The world is spinning,
too quick for my mind to steady,
to catch a glimpse of myself,
like an addiction,
I've taken you in my heart,
pushing you out,
trying to fight myself's pleading wants,
because I want you,
and as of now,
I can no longer have you,
the only one I want,
all I see in my dreams,
all I feel beneath my clothes,
all the tears shed-ed were not because of you or your tattered remains,
but for my happiness.
