Spider's Webs Poem by Luke Britsch

Spider's Webs

Once, I spent ages,
watching a spider
make it's web.

Instinct pushed
a gorgeous masterpiece
out of this small
deadly creature.

It wasn't taught
to gently weave
the silk from
it's abdomen.

It knew, that it's
survival above
all things depended
on this masterpiece.

And
what
a
masterpiece
it
was. ☮
