Speak Easy

Bill me my freedom,
Envision life with possibilities,
Anointed psycho path, dirty
Harrys’, faulty administrations,
False popes or prophets, more lesters,
Faint protesters, bare bone determination,
Diminishing common sense.

Few black revolutionaries,
Belated Kings’ dreams' tower,
Live for peace, resting in the depths,
450 round fight ongoing,
Crooked smile, dark horse,
Drive still manages to flare, shine.

Poem of the Day

poet Sir John Suckling

Dost see how unregarded now
That piece of beauty passes?
There was a time when I did vow
To that alone;
But mark the fate of faces;
