Sorrow Poem by Sophia Alexopoulos

Sorrow

Rating: 5.0

Treading in a sea of sorrow
Drowning in a pool of tears
Chained and imprisoned
By my dark, unyielding fears
This solitude is suffocating
As I struggle to draw breath
How long can I stay alive
I can't fight this loneliness
My demons are growing stronger
Creeping into my thoughts and dreams
Stirring the darkness inside me
Bursting from my seams
How can one so weak survive
Or navigate this place
So full of pain and misery
I must put my trust in Faith.

I see how you going through. Right now I'm at that same stage being sad and depress beacuse of the situation I have in life, but I got to stay strong and less stressful. Your poem is well written and touched my soul of your tears of words so I rated 10.
