Sorrow Poem by Marilyn Jean

Sorrow

Often in the shade left to grow
Watered deeply with tears
Or one of love's painful arrow

To all the lost tomorrows
The pink hopes fast or far blown
Drown in grief beyond any repair

With just a smile left to borrow
Or joyful dreams to have in loan
Forever known and felt as sorrow
