Son To Savior Poem by Louise Myers

Son To Savior

Rating: 4.8

The Son of God,
she was asked to bear,
'Mary, do not be afraid, '
the words spoken to her,

Watching Him grow
from child to man,
Knowing she was a part
of God's perfect plan,

Then cam the day
she witnessed His fate,
Sins upon Himself like
lies, jealousy, and hate,

Everyone a sinner
because of Adam's fall,
Every sin nailed on
the cross for one and all,

This man she watched
as a child grow,
Became her Savior too,
did you know?

Her son Jesus
on the cross she did see,
Son to Savior as it
was meant to be.
