Somewhere In Time Poem by Mark Heathcote

Somewhere In Time

Somewhere in time
There are answers to everything,
Just ask a pathological liar
About, love honesty and grieving.

When a thief's caught red-handed
He'll cry his innocence
Cheat you and say, he was baited.
He'll bury you!
He'll inter entomb you!
Say it's been an awful - hindrance.

Somewhere in time
There are answers to everything,
A lover will confess…
I have done my very best.

Sorry, I went to the bar again
Jail is my fate
Please love keeps you your faith
Somewhere in time

Somewhere in time in time
There are answers to everything,
Just ask a pathological liar
About, love honesty and grieving.
Just ask me! Just ask me!

Somewhere in time
There are answers to everything,
A lover will confess...
I have done my very best.
