Somewhere In Fantasy Land My Homeland Poem by Heather Burns

Somewhere In Fantasy Land My Homeland

As I summon a fairy,
long ago,
Handing her some
mistletoe

Lauralee, came to my
aid,
Here the flowers never
fade.

Waters have a peaceful
flow,
Hearts are lite, all aglow.

Lauralee, is happy there,
Lovely flowers, for her
hair.

She is my friend and
guide,
Teaching me the other
side.

I have always wanted to
go,
Where the milk, and
honey flows.
Back to, from where I
came,
Again receiving my real
name.

Time stands still in my
homeland,
No more worries with the
sand.

If this poem refers to a spiritual guide then I must say it's spot on. If it is about a total fantasy it is very descriptive and beautiful. Either way it is a lovely poem.
