Sometimes I Cry Poem by Ardimus Caldwell

Sometimes I Cry

Rating: 0.5

Life thrown in the dumps
she's gone
nothing else to do
days seem long
missing the bright rays from her smile
her checks rose red
nights more lonely
thy touch replaced by comforting bottles
when she was here how i use to be
feelings poured out
cursing her out
walking out
now seeing this jagged future
results fade from my mind
washed away with endless tears
carrying down shame and pain
groveling in this prison i've made
cell made up of mistakes
watch as the long days whip away
into those lonely nights
what else a man to do
