Sometimes Poem by anempty bottle

Sometimes

When the star sings the song of night
And disappears in silence
I remember our vows
And I hope you too remember them
Sometimes

When the spring comes to drench me
And the flowers open their hollow cups
I drink the ecstasy
And I hope you too get drunk like me
Sometimes

When the moonlight spills on the mountain
And touches the last quarter of the night
I see you as my single hope
And I hope you too long for me
Sometimes

When the black clouds fly
And the river gripping both banks descends
I feel like spending my life running on your shore
And I hope you too want to leap out with me
Sometimes
