Has someone made you cry
Have people doubted your dream
Have you ever been so mad
That you just let out a scream

Have you ever felt like a penny
Left out in the rain
Have you ever missed someone so much
That you start to go insane

Have you ever felt so happy
Then someone tears you down
And all you have to say
Is karma will come around

Have you ever pretended to be
Someone that your not
Have you ever been controlled
Has your heart ever been bought

Have you ever had a chat
And had nothing to say
Or had a special friend
And watched them walk away

Have your parents bossed you around
Since day number one
They never let you go anywhere
Or have a little fun

Wishing upon shooting starts
In the darkness of the night
Praying life will start to change
Is it even worth a fight

Have you ever felt alone
And you think life's hard to bare
But I promise you're not the only one
Someone else has been there

Has anyone very close to you
Left you and passed away
Then people sit the and tell you
That 'everything will be okay'

What is the meaning of 'okay' to you
Crying on the ground
Trying to get away from life
Hoping you'll never be found

Have you ever told a lie
Cause the truth is hard to say
Have you ever made mistakes
And you eventually have to pay

Have you ever faked a smile
Have you ever tried to hide
And keep all of your feelings
Bundled up inside

Sometimes I will dream
That there will come a day
Where there are no more wars
And hatred will go away

I'm sure by now you realize
Life wasn't made to be fair
There billions of people on earth
And I promise that someone will care
