Someone Must Be Made Happier Than I Am
everyday i promise myself
someone must be made happier than i am
i must not take anything
i have to give something that can hurt me
i am no masochist
neither am i foolish
i just want to diminish myself
make it lighter
like a flame of mama's lamp
when we both
shared the same light
while reading a book
