Some Day Poem by Aleesha Henry

The thoughts of you..
Well to many words have
came to my mind, to remind
me of who you are too.

Please don't be confused...
More then anything I want to
see you grow. Because you
deserve so many things in
this enormous world.

And maybe when you get them
it will be to late, or to early,
and it will send you spiraling down.
But don't be alarmed, it happens to
the ones that deserve it the most.
But there are things that you can
never be warned for.

Because if I did I wouldn't be able to
stay, because these poems are letters
scribbled onto my souls walls, and etched
into my brains ground. But these letters
could never be sent or I would be erased
from the picture.

You just need to learn that through pain,
blood, and tears, with those ghastly shouts.
You will be someone better in the end.

You can scream and tell me this isn't right,
or not you have to stay and fight, but trust me.
I will kiss your hand and whisper maybe I'll
be back some day.
