Solstice Poem by Robert Scott Cohn

Solstice

Northern hemisphere
the longest night is coming
everything bare here
devoid of any life humming.

The southern hemisphere
the longest day there
babies are born
green everywhere
locked in a daydream they stare.

Realize please.. this is the same place
one half of the other
hurtling through space
revealing the rhythm of Life
into a multisensory perception.

See yourself as a soul first~
then a personality second
these changes will make known
a feeling of change..
I reckon.
