Solar Flare Poem by Kenneth English

Solar Flare

Solar flare,
Radiant hold
In and of wave'n hair,
One not told
With white fire
But with coal plaits.
Inflame desires
Cream heaved breast
O'er breathe mist'd warm
From days bless't kiss
Through drops of rain-
One sun dismiss'd
Light ray, to lie
Shine'd in your eye.
