So Sad Poem by Paul Barratt

So Sad

Shiver me timbers
Where has the world gone?
Days of innocence, all but lost.
There was no disgrace to be a certain race.
Peace and happiness, what price do we pay?
When silent killers pack crowded streets.
Blow me away they would say.
Fear is an illusion,
But death they can bring,
That's reality.
So sad.
Why have have they stole our innocence
Within our society?
Whats wrong with harmony?
But these days are but memories.
So sad.
For those we have lost.
They have found peace.
Why cant we?
