So Near Yet So Far
Two hearts throbbing like one
Riding the passions
Curbing and harnessing wild desires
In the caves of the subconscious.
Airy dreams wafting in
Cools the burning soul
Lit by the fire of unbridled love
Created by proximity.
A love - yearning for fulfillment
As sunshine yearns to be
In the heart of the Sun
But destined to wander
Bringing light and life to others
Very near the Sun yet so far away.
