Snowflakes Poem by Dr Shamim Ali

Snowflakes

Snowflakes dancing in the sky,
A tranquil scene for every eye,
A world of white, so pure and bright,
A peaceful calm, a wondrous sight.

Each flake a work of art so fine,
Unique in shape, a design divine,
A pattern etched in water's dreams,
A symphony of nature's schemes.

The snowfall brings a hush, a pause,
A moment to forget our flaws,
A chance to dream and play once more,
To let our inner child explore.

The snow transforms the world we know,
With contrasts, shadows, and a glow,
A blanket of white, a vast snowfield,
A canvas for nature's winter yield.

The pine trees don their snowy dress,
With puffs of snow, a sight to impress,
Melting drip by drip, a gentle sound,
A moment of peace, so pure and profound.

And when the snow sparkles like suns,
A million little lights, like tons,
The world comes to life, so bright and new,
A sight that fills our hearts anew.

So let us take a moment to pause,
To watch the snow and all its flaws,
To feel the magic it brings today,
A moment of peace, in every way.
