Snow Days (The First Day It Snowed I Stayed In Bed And...) Poem by Dorothy (Alves) Holmes

Snow Days (The First Day It Snowed I Stayed In Bed And...)

Rating: 5.0

The first day it snowed,
I stayed in bed and
Covered my head.
The second day,
I wrote your name
In the vapor trail
On my window pane.
On the third day,
I went outside and
Made snow angels
So you would know,
When you passed by,
I still knew how to be happy,
Without you!
