Smile A Fool' Poem by Dislocated Heart

From the morning sun rise to dawns early light.
Everything used to be just right..

I thought bout her, more often then I should..
she was on my mind constantly..
like the beatin of my heart..
the sound of the near by waves..
and the beauty that surrounds me..

I loved a little deeper,
I fell for her a bit sooner,
She was everything I've dreamt of..

I couldn't help, but fall in love..
I remember very clearly..
how it just all started..

Funny thing is, she didnt kno I liked her..
But that one night, she called me when it was her bedtime..
just to tell me something that seems to forever be stuck in my mind..

I wanted to say it bak, and man, I meant it.. when I did..
She was adorable, and I knew she was gonna say it..
my heart was pounding so loud..
I could feel it.. like it was in the palm of my hands..

she said it..
I could do nothing else.. but smile..
in a crowded street, I smiled like a fool,
but it didnt matter..
cuz babe, I'd act a fool for you..

till this day.. babe, it makes me smile just thinkin of it..

and Each time you say it..
I still get butterflies,
I still smile like theres no tomorrow..
