Smile Poem by winifred thorpe

Smile

I like your smile, when i visit,
Your smile warms my heart,
You try so hard to hide the pain,
And always look the same,

I know it's hard to keep your smile,
While pain and trouble strike,
You are so good at smiling,
You lighten up my day,

Maybe you will know,
how much I think of you,
I know you will pull though,

So here's a little something,
To help you on your way,
I will smile when I say my prayer's,
And pray for you each day.
