Smile Poem by David Self

Smile

Rating: 5.0

Although life I'm not its biggest fan
I have some people that are always there,
Helps me falling into complete despair.

You see a smile cost nothing in this life,
But we sit and grumble that life is a strife.
Just smile and the world will smile back,
Trust me more than often that's a fact.

Try not to find all the answers of life's stress,
That will make life more manageable less mess,
For the reason to smile is we all woke up,
Many others have had no such luck.

Embrace the day as we are all here,
To smile laugh and cry with no fear.
Things don't change just because you want it,
It's changes with time bit by bit.

Walk away from what is negative,
Walk along with those who support that's your prerogative.
Positive leads to positive that's what they say,
So just look forward to keep it that way.

Smile and the world will smile back,
Trust me that's a fact.
