Small Poet Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Small Poet

Should I call off a day?
Find cool shade on a way
Think of by gone
And what has been done

Long innings
That needs now cool evening
And moon light
To feel right

Ho many stars are in sky?
I think not why
But they twinkling
And smiling

I am small poet
Now wants to be quiet
Drop down the pen
And cease the plan

Future is future
Unpredictable and unsure
But seize and extend grip
That is how we firmly hold and keep

I will ask again and again
Not with pain
But with satisfaction
For far I have lasted good relation
