Small Pixies Poem by David Darbyshire

Small Pixies

Rating: 5.0

There was a little fairy,
that was small but hairy.
Her hair hung to her toes,
never to cut it she chose.

When she ran,
she often fell.
Walking upstairs
didn't go so well.

One fine day she had enough,
went to the hairdressers to get it off.
Now the fairy had no hair,
all the other pixies, did stare.

She held her head high,
and never would she cry.
On a toadstool she went and sat,
and had a thought about buying a hat.
