Small Little Things Poem by Nicole Marcelino

Small Little Things

Small Little Things, Flowers are.
Whenever I think of them, near or afar,
A Smile Appears on my Face,
as I try to keep up with the pace!

They are small little things,
Yet with the deepest of meanings!
If we are curious enough, then let us explore,
This wonderful flowery world of joy!

Oh, The World of Flowers!
Let us study them at our golden hours!
So much to know and enjoy,
The thought simply makes me jump in joy!

'Amaryllis', so shy and timid,
Opposite to the Bold 'Larch' which is Livid!
Followed by the 'Daffodil' of regards,
And the Innocent Daisy with Petal Cards!

There is so much more to know,
So remember not to feel so woe,
For in this stanza shall I end,
This flowery letter that I had send!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
When my teacher told our class to write something that involves flowers - or daffodils..

And if you wants to know how the flowers mentioned look like, please add a 'flower' when searching. Ex. 'larch flower' etc.
