Slow Down Poem by Sentamu Aziz

Slow Down

SLOW DOWN

Dusty Ways, Roaring Sounds
Rainy Days, Scotching Sun
Rallies and Journeys
Bleeding Roads

Cries and Screams
Worries and Fun
Laughter and Blame
The Brown Bottle of Fame
But the Blame for Shame

Merchants of Speed
Servants of Pain
Broken or Dead
Its pain in the end
Patiently and Slowly
Be Rather Late than Be the Late
