Slip In Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Slip In

Slip into

I do realize many times
What is it to keep always with past times?
Not all people are born with silver spoon
And have to toil very hard in noon

One can imagine how sweet the food will?
When earned two square meal
It is always remembered how struggling days were
When everything in life was very far

Whenever I pick first bite of the meal
And before putting into mouthy feel I certainly feel
It's worth in real happiness
I have all smiles on face

So I carry it in dreams
And they often bombard as beam
Remind me of old critical days
And remind me not to miss them in any way

So whenever I am restless in bed
I don't feel stress
But slip into old memory
And feel so much cheery
