Skittles Poem by Stay out of my life

Skittles

Rating: 5.0

Why am I so addicted to these things
who cannot help but savor
these bite sized pieces of sugar
and every time I hear the rumble from a bag
I instantly shoot a glance at whoever has one
a smile gleams upon my faces
as my hand reaches out for one
as I place them in my mouth
one by one each on my toungue
waiting in anticipation and the sweet rush which is sure to follow
and instantly satisfication is granted
as my head feels with joy
which only turns my cravings for wantings of more
I snatch the bag as I run away
pouring them down my throat
until I cannot eat anymore
no more is needed because Im on my sugar high
slowly I sit back down
as my sugar begins to lower
back to my normal self so I believe
as I wait listening for another rumble from an open bag
my hand nervously shakes
as I fall into a diabetic coma
