Sitka Poem by Craig Steiger

Sitka

Rating: 5.0

A full moon rises huge & yellow

Over great tracts of tundra

Near the eightieth parallel-

Under a waxing Borealis

A young grey wolf drinks

From a long tire-pond

On the road once used

As a shortcut to Sitka

Pretty poem. Are you from Sitka? I was born and raised in Alaska
