Sinking Poem by Lorena Santiago

Sinking

Sleeping at the night
Having the same dream
Is this a sign?
What is it mean?

Boat, stormy, sea
We're dying
It's all I see
Maybe I'm sinking

My life is sinking
The water is catching her place
And I'm allowing
Leaving my space

But in the dreams, I run
With a man
Towards the sun
We try the max that we can

I never remember the end
We die?
We survive?
So I have to invent

Every time
All the night
The boat sinking
We're screaming

Sleeping at the night
Having the same dream
Is this a sign?
What is it mean?

Maybe it's just a dream...
