Are people who aren't Breton, Welsh or Cornish allowed to sing too?

Daren't comment on the Irish. My son-in-law comes from Wexford! As for the Scots, my wife is three quarters of that ilk, being a Cameron. But I'll make an exception in their case. I'd banish them to their mud huts! If you heard my wife sing and especially my mother-in-law you'd sympathise! If you would like to hear the Breton Anthem sung properly, look up Nolwenn Leroy on U-tube. She sang it at the Stade de France. The black and white flags are for Britanny.
