I'll fly through the sky
I'll swim across the border line
I'll run straight down the road to reach the edge of the world

With nature by my side and god up above it won't take me too long.
The little things in life
I'll come to grow fond off

I'll take a ride on the moon and swing from star to star
I'll stop and take a look at the world from the highest tree
and smell the sweet smell of wet bark

I'll know what it's like to sail the seven seas
I'll see the beautiful side of the world
and I'll know the true meaning of peace.
I'll look at life differently, it won't be so dull and gloomy
my spirit will be filled with joy once again as i see spring's true beauty,
once i see a flower bloom,
once i see a butterfly spread its wings as it bursts out of its cocoon.
For once in my life i'll see something completely pure and natural
I'll experience the feeling of innocence as i gaze at something so simple as a rain drop flowing down a rose petal

Just today i started to think about all the simple joys that life brings.
If god gave me the choice to live or die
I think i'd stick around for a while,
after all the world isn't so cruel and vile
and the things I used to take for granted
are now the only things that can make me smile.
